Kirstin Ash released her Label into the New Zealand and Australian fashion scene in 2005. From small beginnings her jewellery is now highly regarded and seen in some of the most high end boutiques in Australasia such as the Corner Shop. The KIRSTiN ASH collections are distinctive in design with antique finishes, quirky animals and playful silhouettes forming her signature style. Each collection has a story of its own but draws from a common inspiration of vintage curios, ordinary and obscure objects, children's books and Paris. |

Although Kirstin still classes herself as a New Zealand Designer and proud Kiwi, she now lives in Sydney where the warm weather seems more desirable. "New Zealand is still my home, I just wish it would be about 10 degress warmer!"
Launched in February 2010, Bicycle Tales is the latest collection from the KIRSTiN ASH jewellery range.
Kirstin was inspired after a day of bicycle riding through the gorgeous medieval Tuscan town of Luca, famous for its wealthy merchant trading and ancient wall surrounding the entire town.
Using iconic Liberty of London fabric, each piece is created using a range of Liberty classics and new seasons fabrics. Richly coloured, bright and individual each piece is created using a mix of floral and hero Bicycle print fabric by designer Grayson Perry.
The Bicycle Tales collection is an evolution from the previous Make Believe collection, but most exciting is the development of a range of new styles never before featured by the Brand.
A selection of the new additions to the KIRSTiN ASH range includes the ‘lucky love’ mini resin pendants with wishbone and heart charms, charm bracelets featuring double sided charms with 3d owl and bee charms and lockets that open and close with gorgeous pendant faces.
Additional new pieces are ‘Garden party’ and ‘Bicycle love’, which are the striking statement pieces of the latest collection. Garden Party is made with the well known Strawberry Thief Liberty fabric set with an array of birds and bees, conjuring scenes reminiscent of a beautiful garden.
